I’ve been using my Novita unit for a few months now, and from my own experience, it’s been really easy to maintain. I like that the filter change reminder takes the guesswork out of it, because I’m the kind of person who would probably forget or keep wondering if it’s time to clean or replace something.
Cleaning it hasn’t been a hassle either. I usually just rinse the parts and wipe things down, and that’s about it. I also checked the support info on their site once, and it was clear enough for what I needed. Overall, I’m happy with it so far because it saves me time and doesn’t give me any extra headache.

I’ve only used it a bit so far, but it seems to work well enough. For what I paid, I’m happy with it

I reached out for help after buying, but it took them days to get back to me. Not saying they ignore customers once the sale is done, but it definitely kind of felt that way.

The installer showed up on time and got everything done neatly, which shouldn’t feel rare but kind of does. No fuss, no mess left behind, and no weird excuses like you sometimes get with these jobs

I bought a Novita dehumidifier from novita.com.sg and it was fine in the beginning. But after a few months, it started getting really noisy and would sometimes just stop on its own for no clear reason.

Customer service did reply, but the whole checking process felt slower and more troublesome than it needed to be. For something that should just work quietly in the background, it became a bit of a headache. For the price, I expected better reliability, so I’m quite disappointed

This was really easy to use. I pretty much figured it out right away without having to stop and think too much, which is exactly what I like.
